Refund policy
1. Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your clothing items. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- With all original tags and packaging intact.
- Not marked as non-returnable (such as final sale items).
3. Return Process: To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team at support@newgennmusic.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you'll receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item.
4. Refunds and Exchanges:
- Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. The original item will be refunded once received.
5. Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
7. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@newgennmusic.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and process your exchange or refund at no additional cost.
